There are a ton of products out there promising you a ‘get fit quick’ method. Always remember that it’s keeping the calories down, cardio and abdominal exercises which will help you to get your six pack quickly. Everyone wants to shed off unwanted fat to make that elusive six pack visible. Believe me, there are plenty of casualties in this battle. Did you know that the American health and fitness industry has annual sales of over a billion dollars per year, yet 1 out of 3 people are considered obese? Is it me or does this sound like a scam? Only dedication and hard work will prove positive to getting in shape and acquiring awesome abs.

Strong physical and mental effort is necessary to cut belly fat. Strenuous workouts combined with balanced diet are absolutely necessary to get those abdominal muscles toned up to perfect shape. The most important factor behind losing weight and to get rid of love handles is a perfect diet. You should avoid eating refined foods, beverages with high calories, saturated fats and processed foods. These all help in the accumulation of unwanted fats in the abdominal portion of the body. Vegetables, fruits, low calorie dairy products and nuts together with plenty of water are recommended. I’m not saying it’s easy to pull this off! My whole purpose for this site is to provide others information about my journey of getting in the best shape  possible through diet, exercise and encouragement. We’ve only been given one body so we might as well take care of it by moving more and eating better!

As I mentioned above, this site will be used for the basics of diet, fitness and losing weight. If you’re anything like me, I’m somewhat obsessed on cutting belly fat and tightening up my abs. So, you’re in the right place with getting help. You won’t find any gimmicks or crazy promises. Though I’m not an expert in the area of diet and exercise, I know what works. You can have all the degrees in the world but if it is only theoretical and not tested, we’re only participating in an exercise of futility!

To give you some background on myself, I have been trying for years to get rid of the stomach fat. I would try one diet, see results and then fall off the wagon. I would start an exercise routine only to find myself quitting after about a month. So what is the secret? Well, there are two main secrets: 1) we need to be determined and consistent with our goals and 2) we need to have one on one time with expericed trainers who will show us what to do along the path. Personal trainers will give us great advise on diet and exercise as well as keep us motivated to fulfill our goals.

Most people begin a weight loss program and just take a sloppy approach. They do whatever they think will work best for them with no direction or end goal in mind. This is a huge error and will result in a failed weight loss effort. So if you want to succeed, you’ll need a framework for your efforts and common-sense advice. Without this, there’s no way you’ll make progress. You’ll get bored, frustrated and quit. The ultimate effect will more weight gain. We need a way to get out of this rut and move in a positive direction.
